6-Month Limited Warranty

At AZ Print Factory, we stand by the quality of our custom-printed apparel. We are committed to delivering products that meet your expectations and provide long-lasting satisfaction. This limited warranty applies to all custom apparel items purchased directly from us and is valid for six (6) months from the original purchase date.

What This Warranty Covers

  • Issues with the print quality, such as significant fading, peeling, or cracking of the design under normal use.
  • Misprints or incorrect designs that deviate from the approved artwork or order details.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper care, washing, or drying (e.g., failure to follow care instructions).
  • Color variances due to fabric dye/color or screen color settings.
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor fading.
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or alterations made after purchase.
  • Fit or sizing issues if the item matches the specifications provided at the time of order.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please:

  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and clear photos showing the defect.

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Issue a refund or store credit if a replacement or repair is not feasible.

Additional Terms

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty is void if the product has been tampered with, improperly handled, or not maintained in accordance with provided care instructions.
